Your Brain is Natural Good Luck Charm
My friend, John, has proven that we can use our brain and the good luck charm.
One of my friend really wants to resign from his job. Not only him, almost all his friends felt that they were overload with multi function tasks. Multi tasks which were used to be done by more than one people were held by one person. His management had no awareness with workload and stress analysis. With over burdened job, minimum facilities, and minimum compensation, his friends tried to get new fresh job or start new business.
My friend, John, planed to run his bussiness but temporarily he must run it parttime because he still worked in order to fulfill his living cost. He planned that if his business grow bigger and he earns much money from it, he will resign from his job and become a businessman. He really thought out of the box. He was not interested in internal office conflict which his friends had for managerial position. He wanted to be independent entrepreneur. He thought out of the box after he read short fable story, titled A Bottle in Dessert. However, everything has its process.
Like storm in his life, in a weekend, he missed his holidays. He missed the day he can take a rest. From morning to morning, he prepared for the company's bid submission to win the bid even if he knew he would get no additional money from it.
He said,"I am not loyal to my company anymore but I must be responsible. I do it also for my coworkers. They are may friends."
He did not care whether according to his logic or his friends that when we worked overtime without compensation, he would get nothing. Yes, he knew that management, according to their track record, would not give overtime money to him or other compensation. He knew that management possibly would blame him if they lost the bidding. He knew that management was stingy and only had casual CPU as server which has low quality to upload and download data. He had task to upload more than a hundred megabytes for online bidding but the low quality server could not accommodate it. That's horrible for him.
This unpleasant situation whipped him. He did the best for his job because he knew the challenge could enrich him with new applied knowledge. Even if no additional money, he believed he got another benefit because he could transcend what he got from his experience become benefit for his future.
He said to him self,"I am going to be success in my own business and in December 25, I'll resign because in the celebration of his birthday, Jesus will bless me to be successful entrepreneur. He will liberate me from modern slavery. I will not any more sell my time for money. I will invest my time and God bless me with abundance. I deserve to be rich because God loves me. I deserve to be prosperous because God makes me deserve."
Anytime, he went to the restroom. He saw his own face in the mirror and said, "Hi, myself, I love you. God loves you. I love to see you happy. I love to see you happy with your family. God loves you."
He also kept his pic when he was happy. He frequently looked at his own pic and made the same positive affirmation.
In unpleasant situation, he did positive self talk again and again. It is about frequency and vibration of positive energy. Energy follows your states of mind.
In the new year, he resigned because he had big business. Yup, pray and effort attract virtue and fortune. He becomes successful and rich entrepreneur and writer.
John's case is the sample of law of attraction. Keep your mind positive. Make positive affirmation frequently. Be happy. Your brain is God's given good luck charm.
Good luck! Be happy! Be prosperous! God bless you! So be it!

Is Good Luck Charm Effective?
Even if in modern day, some people still
believe that wear amulet pendant or talismanic bracelet as good luck charm.
Some of them wear it just for fashion for peacocking. Some of them wear them
because they love the design. However, some people really believe it works.
Does good luck talisman or amulet really
work?
Maybe, when you believe, it will be
helpful. Maybe, some amulet really has magical power. I choose to respect the
belief.
In this article, I just want to discuss
good luck amulet or charm in another perspective.
There is connection between amulet and
human mind. For certain people, amulet works but for another it doesn’t. Why?
Because they have different state of mind which means different brainwave or
vibration.
Your energy will follow your mind. If an
amulet stimulates you to be more confidence, it works. If there is conflict
within your mind about whether or not holding an amulet is sinful things, it
will not work. If there is hesitation in you, the amulet will not have maximum
effect.
Notwithstanding whether there is magical
thing in the amulet, if you want your amulet works better, use the talismanic
symbol, holly writing, or amulet as the reminder that you are blessed and that
you should believe and pray that you are going to be successful. Use the symbol
of flower of light to remind you that the universe will harmonize your energy
to help in your life and pray to God for harmony.
It is up to you whether you want to wear
amulet or such symbols. Sometimes, human being need something or tools to
remind them. When a Christian see a cross, they remember the bless of Christ.
When tantric practitioner wear kalachakra Tibetan amulet, they see the symbol and
remember the chant for goodness.
As fashion lover or esoteric practitioner,
you can wear good luck amulet pendant.
However, the most important is to keep positive in your mind.

Assertion is not enough
Manage employees with so many personalities is not easy. Just not assertive enough. Just apply the strict regulations are not a guarantee of things run smoothly. Just control the work of subordinates through each disc job was not finished the job automatically.
The key word there is on one thing: the principle of mutual need to be created ( mutual symbiosis ) in a harmonious working atmosphere.
Alias harmonious working atmosphere comfortable, familiar, and the ethical is to be open but the desire of each employee. They need to support such an atmosphere of passion, motivation, creativity, quality, productivity and job performance.
Elaboration of a harmonious working atmosphere, the other not, the work being mutual symbiosis, outside of work is a big family. If the climate can survive as a culture, sense of belonging to the company's employees is a causality that does not have to wait.
A good boss is a boss who understands the needs of subordinates. In order to understand, at least the employer should be willing to 'go down' without the awkward, and a heart-to-heart in an intimate atmosphere.
That also applied to the Hewlett Packard (HP), established by Bill Hewlett and Dave Packard. For executives there have long been known philosophy "HP style ', which provide a suitable working environment and any applicable policies should be based on the belief, all the people who worked at HP wanted to work as well as creative.

There is Love at Work
This is not about the love story of the descendants of Adam-Eve in one office, nor a romance that lasts between a quietly beautiful subordinate to his superiors that is energetic. Then what? Talk about leadership is talking about things related to the leading personalities and the personalities of people led. Of all the formulas, tips, motto, patterns, methods, principles or whatever it is, it turns out the personality factor is one of the most important element in leadership.
In addition to a good personality (including honesty and attitude), which is also good mental is the main capital of the leader and the people led. Capital within the meaning of corporate assets, networks, philosophy, modern management practices and technologies is a critical component of corporate success.
But, if the employee or his staff mentally bad, only a miracle could make the company survive in the midst of an increasingly strong competition.

Good Luck Charms
Some people define luck as a gift or godsend. Luck is favorable chance. Luck is unexpected favorable good result. It is unexpected good result beyond planned result or effort. Sometimes, methodology and systematic explanation cannot easily discover why it happens. However, managing probability may invite possibility of luck occurrence.
From ancient times, people have tried to use symbols of luck to attract good fortune. Every culture has their symbols of luck.
However, in modern days, you can use strategic planning to expand network or the place where the luck comes to you.
For example, updated website or online information of your business can expand the possibility of prospect to know your business and use your service or products without previous effort of bidding or sending previous sales letter.
I have ever read a book titled Good Luck by Alex Rovira. It is good book for you to read. It is parable and semi fable (as there are some non-human characters in it, such as tree and other creatures in the jungle). The book tells two knights have task to find special cloves. Both searches the special cloves but they fail. A knight says Merlin told a lie and there is no the special clove. However, another knight keeps searching and makes the way to get the special cloves. He is sharing and searching information from his network. He learns and makes condition so that the special clove or shamrock grows. Cloves or shamrocks are lucky symbols and he makes condition to realize it.
I do not say about something occult or magical. I do not say that I do not believe miracle or magic moment. Good luck charms for us are our actions to create conditions which raise high probability to receive good or better result. Many things you can do to expand favorable chance such as diversification of your business, making new friends and introducing your service and product, or sharing with people. Be grateful! Appreciate many things! You will see many opportunities. In conclusion, if you want to attract luck, do something and make conditions in which the luck may grow.
Luck is in your hand. Make a way for it. Don’t just wait.

My favorite Hollywood Movies about Dating Theory
Here are my favorite dating movies. Beside, they are romantic. Battle of sexes and dating theory are in them.
The Ugly Truth
This movie tells about a host who preseoryents relationship theory, called "ugly truth." He exposes his theory, which is contrast with "nice girl" point of view, for women to attract men. In his theory, human "wild side" is human and it works for relationship. He gives advice to a woman, who is previously his rival, to attract a handsome doctor.
Hitch
Hitch is a love doctor or a pick up artist, who previously was not good in relationship. Hitch teaches his arts to many guys to win women's hearts. You can see many tips of dating art in this movie. A female reporter knows that he helps his client to attract a rich woman.
How to Lose a Guy in 10 days
It is movie about battle of sexes. A man accepts bet to date a female writer, who does research of how to lose a guy in 10 days. This movie shows what a guy dislikes. However, relationship is beyond the theory.

Fantasy Story: Ride The Griffin
Ride The Griffin is short story written by YW Purnomosidhi. It is a story about self control and development.
It is story of Patrick Shamrock's last mid semester tasks to receive the sword of knight. Patrick had to learn to ride the griffin, write the manual to ride the griffin, and join super animal race championship. To accompany Patrick, Master Smarasanta sent Petroox, a musician for paradise.
In this fantasy story, the writer combines fairytale characters from western and east culture. Griffin is crypted animal of western culture whereas Ahool is giant bad from south east asia's myth.
Ghandarva, term for paradise musician, is from Indian mythology whereas elf is from west culture.

Accept Yourself and Explore Power of Uniqueness
Metamorphosis is the change of shape in animal's life cycle.
Human being does not experience metamorphosis but he changes in his life cycle. All hopes that in their life cycle they become better. In life cycle, someone needs to accept his uniqueness and develop himself to be better without changing himself to be others.
You cannot be the other. If you can, you cannot find your hidden treasure and explore the best of you.
It is essential to accept yourself, develop your uniqueness, realize the power of uniqueness and be your best self.
