According to TheFreeDictionary.com, The definition of failure is the condition or fact of not achieving the desired end or ends.


Whereas to fail means to prove deficient or lacking; perform ineffectively or inadequately; to be unsuccessful.

When we seek other people's approval, failure is something disgraceful or terrifying. Sometimes, in professional or educational life, our environment spread fear of failure. Actually, they want us to make improvement to do something better but fear of failure gives bad influence to our subconscious mind; we become afraid to do something innovative; we are afraid to try something new; we are afraid to be proactive; subconsciously, out fear creates block toward our creativity.

Fear is sabotage. We must overcome it. We must deal with fear. We must deal with failure. We should dare to fail. Open up your heart and mind to find bless in failure.

Why do the best employees leave our company? Why do the members leave our organization? Why do many employees resign in my office?

I have read the verse of ancient poem scroll of Negara Kertagama form 13th century Majapahit Kingdom in Indonesia.

In that verse, the King said the dukes that the relationship between Kingdom and its villages/ parts must be like relationship between Lion and the Jungle.

Konvensi Bagi Mereka yang Terluka oleh Cinta

Ketentuan Umum:

A – Menimbang bahwa pepatah "Semuanya adil dalam cinta dan perang" adalah benar;

B – Menimbang bahwa mengenai perang kita telah memiliki Konvensi Genewa, yang disahkan tanggal 22 Agustus 1864, yang dibuat bagi mereka yang terluka dalam medan perang, tetapi sampai sekarang belum ada konvensi yang ditandatangin untuk mereka yang terluka dalam cinta, yang jumlahnya jauh lebih banyak;

Maka dengan ini diputuskan bahwa:

Pasal 1 – Semua pecinta, dari berbagai jenis kelamin, diperingatkan bahwa cinta, selain menjadi berkat, juga sesuatu yang sangat berbahaya, tak terduga dan mampu menyebabkan kerusakan serius. Akibatnya, siapa pun berencana untuk mencintai harus menyadari bahwa mereka membuka tubuh dan jiwa mereka untuk menerima berbagai jenis luka, dan bahwa mereka tidak dapat menyalahkan pasangan mereka karena resikonya sama untuk keduanya.

Pasal 2 – Setelah tertusuk oleh panah asmara dari busur si Cupid, mereka harus segera meminta si pemanah memanahkan anak panah yang sama ke arah sebaliknya, sehingga tidak akan menderita oleh luka yang dikenal sebagai "cinta bertepuk sebelah tangan". Jika Cupid menolak untuk melakukan hal itu, Konvensi yang sekarang sedang diundangkan menuntut bahwa pasangan yang terluka mencabut panah dari hatinya dan membuangnya ke tempat sampah. Untuk menjamin hal ini, yang bersangkutan harus menghindari panggilan telepon, pesan melalui Internet, mengirimkan bunga yang selalu dikembalikan, atau rayuan apapun, karena ini bisa saja memberikan hasil dalam jangka pendek tetapi selalu berakhir salah setelah beberapa saat. Konvensi memutuskan bahwa orang yang terluka harus segera berusaha untuk mencari teman/ pasangan lain dan mencoba untuk mengendalikan pikiran obsesif bahwa: "orang ini patut diperjuangkan".

Pasal 3 – Jika luka disebabkan oleh pihak ketiga, dengan kata lain jika yang dicintai telah tertarik pada seseorang yang tidak dalam naskah yang disusun sebelumnya, dendam secara tegas dilarang. Dalam hal ini, diperbolehkan untuk menggunakan mata air mata sampai kering, meninju dinding atau bantal, untuk menyatakan kepada teman kita bahwa sang mantan kurang bercitarasa, tapi tanpa menyinggung kehormatan mereka. Konvensi menentukan bahwa aturan yang terdapat dalam Pasal 2 bahwa diterapkannya: mencari teman lain, sebaiknya di tempat-tempat yang berbeda dari yang sering dikunjungi oleh pihak lain.

Pasal 4 – Dalam kasus luka ringan, di sini digolongkan sebagai kecurangan kecil, pengecaman terhadap gairah yang singkat, melewati ketidaktertarikan seksual, obat yang disebut Maaf harus diterapkan dengan murah hati dan cepat. Setelah pengobatan ini diterapkan, seseorang tidak boleh mempertimbangkan kembali keputusannya, bahkan tidak sekali pun, dan temanya harus benar-benar lupa dan tidak pernah digunakan sebagai argumen dalam pertengkaran atau di saat benci.

Pasal 5 – Di dalam semua luka yang ada, juga dikenal "perpisahan", satu-satunya obat yang mampu memiliki efek adalah Sang Waktu. Tidak ada gunanya mencari penghiburan dari peramal (yang selalu mengatakan bahwa kekasih yang hilang akan kembali), buku-buku romantis (yang selalu memiliki happy ending), opera sabun/ sinetron di televisi atau hal-hal lain semacam itu. Orang harus menghadapi penderitaanya, benar-benar menghindari obat-obatan, obat penenang dan tetap berdoa.

Ketentuan Akhir: Mereka yang terluka dalam cinta, tidak seperti mereka yang terluka dalam konflik bersenjata, atau bukan korban maupun penyiksa. Mereka memilih sesuatu yang merupakan bagian dari kehidupan, sehingga mereka harus menerima baik penderitaan dan ekstasi dari pilihan mereka.

Dan orang-orang yang belum pernah terluka dalam cinta tidak akan pernah bisa mengatakan: "Saya telah hidup". Karena mereka tidak hidup.[]
